Nathaniel Lacktman is a partner and health care lawyer with the law firm Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is the Chair of the firm’s Telemedicine and Digital Health Industry Team. He advises health care providers and technology companies on business arrangements, compliance, and corporate matters, with particular attention to telemedicine, digital health, and health innovation across the United States and internationally. Mr. Lacktman speaks and writes frequently on issues at the forefront of telemedicine and digital health and is often quoted for his insight about legal and business developments in this area. He has written telehealth legislation, regulations, comments, and policy input to lawmakers, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, the Congressional Research Service, U.S. State Medicaid Agencies, and Medical Boards across various U.S. States. He is Vice Chair of the American Telemedicine Association’s Business & Finance Group, and heads the Telehealth Group of the American Health Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Law and the University of Florida.
