Robin Hynds is a VP with 20 years of experience in healthcare. She has extensive knowledge of healthcare leadership and management, population health, service line development, case/care management, utilization management, transitions of care, and ambulatory care management. Robin is instrumental in applying significant emphasis on high level strategies that counter new trends in payment structures that are crucial to moving from a volume based reimbursement environment to value based. She has progressed care coordination and management leading to significant revenue optimization for Lawrence General Hospital as well as establishing a framework for a care delivery system that goes beyond walls of the hospital. Her expertise includes building a post- acute network and achieving success through the Section 1115 Delivery System Transformation Initiative (DSTI), The Massachusetts Health Policy Commission’s Community Hospital Acceleration, Revitalization and Transformation (CHART) Initiative, Pioneer Accountable Care Organization and CMS Bundle Payment Programs. She has built a top notch Integrated Care service line and is currently working on creating and operationalizing the hospital's new Medicaid ACO strategy among other related risk contracts. Her leadership role is also valued to implement strategic goals related to expanding the hospitals reach into the community with adding multiple sites and service lines. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from Endicott College and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Management.
