Deborah Yolin, PA-C, MS is an experienced clinician who has been working to improve patient care for 15+ years. Before coming to Steward Health Care Network, she was instrumental in developing and growing the Physician Assistant (PA) program at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and DFCI/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center by focusing on process improvement and creative program design. Her professional career was spent in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and inpatient medical oncology. In her current role, as the Associate Medical Director, Ms. Yolin manages the operations of Steward Health Care Network’s (SHCN) National Post-Acute and Ambulatory Care Management Medicare and Medicaid ACO strategy and operations. In addition, Ms. Yolin oversees SHCN’s MACRA/Quality Payment Program supporting MIPS providers across the national network. While at Steward Health Care Network, Ms. Yolin has worked closely with the Medicare and Medicaid Business Units, driving high quality cost efficient care, aligned with the value proposition of a growing and highly successful ACO. She has expanded the Post-Acute Care Management offerings from one program to four supporting over 50,000 Accountable Care Organization (ACO) member lives each year.
